The Role

As the PR & Communications Specialist, EMEA, you will support the delivery of culturally relevant and premium brand experiences that strengthen UGG's storytelling, drive consumer engagement, and build cultural relevance across the region.

Working as part of the PR & Communications team, you will help bring campaigns, events, talent partnerships, collaborations, and experiential activations to life, partnering with internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders to deliver exciting and impactful brand moments.

Your Impact

  • Own the coordination and delivery of brand experiences and activations across the EMEA region.
  • Develop creative ideas, experiential concepts, and consumer journeys that support brand and communications objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with UGG's premium brand standards.
  • Care for the details by managing timelines, approvals, reporting, and onsite event execution.
  • Support PR moments, talent experiences, collaboration launches, events, and integrated campaigns.
  • Lead through innovation by identifying cultural trends, consumer insights, and opportunities to enhance brand engagement.

Who You Are

We would Love to Hear from People with

  • Experience in experiential marketing, PR, communications, brand experiences, events, cultural marketing, or integrated campaigns.
  • Experience working within a fashion, lifestyle, retail, agency, or consumer brand environment.
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
