The Role

As HOKA's Marketing Associate EMEA, you will be the operational engine behind campaign execution. Reporting to the Head of Integrated Marketing, you will drive the seamless delivery of integrated campaigns, product seeding, athlete and event support, and day‑to‑day marketing operations across the region. By connecting teams, tools, and processes, you’ll ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency, powering impactful campaigns and strengthening brand presence at scale.

Your Impact

  • Act as a central connector across teams to ensure smooth, efficient marketing operations across EMEA
  • Manage marketing product orders, from allocation through to returns and reporting
  • Coordinate athlete and PR seeding, ensuring alignment with campaign priorities and timely delivery
  • Support athlete relationships by managing product requests, tracking, and performance visibility
  • Maintain and optimise key tools, systems, and asset libraries to enable seamless campaign execution
  • Drive consistency, accuracy, and operational excellence across marketing processes
  • Enable cross‑functional collaboration across PR, Media, Social, CRM, DTC, and Operations teams
  • Build visibility through reporting and dashboards, supporting data‑driven decision making
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows at scale
  • Support key team rhythms, including campaign timelines, updates, and performance tracking

We Would Love to Hear from People with

  • Background in marketing coordination, operations, or similar roles
  • Experience in product‑driven or multi‑channel marketing environments
  • Exposure to logistics, operations, or campaign execution
  • Experience with DAM systems (e.g., Bynder) is a plus
  • Solid Excel skills (including VLOOKUP minimum)
  • Experience with Oracle, Bynder, and procurement tools is a plus
