As the Trade Marketing Specialist, you’ll support the UK Trade Marketing Manager in delivering high‑quality, commercially effective marketing activity across the UK, with a strong focus on wholesale accounts. You’ll help build strong partnerships with key wholesale clients and bring the UGG brand to life through impactful in‑store and online experiences, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives with wholesale partners, driving seasonal brand campaigns and consumer engagement.
  • Lead specific trade marketing projects from planning through to execution and reporting, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate the development and localisation of trade marketing materials for UK wholesale partners, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with UK Sales, EMEA Marketing, and external partners to support integrated campaign delivery across the market.
  • Act as a key point of contact for campaign execution, trade tools, and partner activations.
  • Organise and manage marketing assets and documentation to ensure efficient execution across all wholesale marketing channels.
  • Support the collection, consolidation, and reporting of trade marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and regional insights to inform future planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of trade marketing processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and impact.
  • Assist in creating and adapting creative assets, aligning wholesale needs with global campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign updates, timelines, and communication with internal teams, wholesale partners, and agencies.
  • Support the creation of reporting templates and ensure consistent, ROI‑driven performance tracking across campaigns.
