The Role
As Senior Manager, Brand Marketing UGG, you will lead the go-to-market and integrated planning process for the EMEA team, delivering a consistent brand strategy and creative vision across the region. You will drive owned channel executions, act as a conduit between global and regional marketing teams, and support the Senior Director of Marketing. This is your opportunity to shape the brand's presence, inspire innovation, and foster collaboration across multiple markets.
Your Impact
- Lead the go-to-market process for the EMEA marketing organization, aligning closely with global marketing and regional stakeholders.
- Guide the marketing team through end-to-end integrated planning, setting seasonal product strategies, budgets, objectives, and KPIs.
- Utilize consumer insights to provide strategic direction at country level.
- Support the brand team in delivering innovation across owned channels, ensuring creative executions are globally aligned and locally relevant.
- Foster a culture of collaboration among regional marketing leads and product/merchandising teams.
- Build strong relationships with global marketing and insights teams to ensure strategies meet regional needs.
- Lead EMEA input into global campaigns and direction.
- Partner with DTC teams to ensure commercial needs are met through retail and eComm activations.
- Ensure brand consistency and best-in-class consumer journey mapping for all brand activations.
- Take a leadership role in budget management, consumer insights, strategic planning, and feedback to global teams.
