The Role:

In this role, you will support Hiring Managers and manage the complete recruitment process for positions within our EMEA business, while also building a pipeline for future talent. You will lead our peak seasonal hiring and support Iberia expansion, retail as well as hiring across all areas of the EMEA business.

As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be an ambassador of Deckers’ values, developing and maintaining effective relationships with peers and teams, both globally and locally.

Your Impact:

  • Partner with Line Managers and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to understand role requirements and create clear briefs for new assignments.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates, assisting Line Managers with interviews and assessments.
  • Oversee the entire hiring process across all functions and markets in the EMEA region.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with national laws, regulations, best practices, and Deckers’ values.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal clients, external candidates, and third-party service providers.
  • Foster mutual feedback with Hiring Managers to enhance skills, standardize processes, and achieve successful hiring outcomes.
  • Propose and implement process improvements within the PX team.
  • Champion the ‘Together Every Step’ values, ensuring they are central to our operations.
  • Support broader PX and Global Talent projects.
