The Online Trader is accountable for supporting and executing the onsite trading and merchandising planning for HOKA EMEA websites. You will support the Senior Online Trader in developing the commercial offering and will be at the forefront of all plans for both merchandising and creative execution, ensuring trading KPI's are continuously improved.
Your Impact:
- Own product readiness and pricing accuracy ahead of launches
- Develop actionable insights through weekly and monthly trading reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, planning, buying, and visual merchandising
- Ensure strong onsite execution across campaigns, categories, and regions
- Care for the customer journey by optimising site merchandising and product visibility
- Support the Senior Online Trader with performance analysis and trading recommendations
- Lead competitor analysis and contribute ideas for testing and optimisation
