The Role:
As the HOKA Field Experience Associate (FEA), your work will deepen the HOKA connection with our consumer, store staff & communities, as well as delivering pinnacle training & services to our key wholesale partners. You’ll achieve this through delivering HOKA demo runs & try-on events with wholesale partners, communities, HOKA partners, and at HOKA sponsored events. Building strong, long-term relationships with our partners and stakeholders will be key to the success of this role.
You’ll collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager & Sales Managers to improve retailer services and sales, along with the Marketing Coordinator for community and event activations.
We’re looking for a highly organized individual, willing to travel, and who shows passion for the sports, running & outdoors industry.
Your Impact:
- Deliver Demo Events: inspire new, potential or existing customers through trialing latest HOKA shoes with organized runs with all HOKA partners
- Perform engaging product tech training sessions to wholesale partners’ store staff, customer service teams both in-person and virtually
- Provide sales support days within key wholesale stores, being the HOKA expert on the shop floor to help consumers find the best HOKA shoes for them
- Support with execution of Visual Merchandising excellence, ensuring the HOKA brand to show up best in class instore and online
- Visit wholesale partners and communities frequently, maintaining great relationships with key stakeholders
- Other responsibilities may include reporting, sending parcels and transporting goods

- Marketing related and/or retail environment experience is a plus
- Full Valid Driver’s License
- Availability to travel across Northern UK & Ireland subject to needs of the business (travel may fall over weekends)
