The Role:
As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will offer seamless customer service to our customers across our brands: HOKA, UGG, Teva. We’re looking for friendly and courteous team members to act as advocates for our brands when communicating to our consumers via telephone, email, web chat and social media. This is a multi-lingual role requiring written and oral fluency in Spanish and English.
Your Impact
- Provide excellent, proactive customer service at all customer contact points, offering seamless communication via telephone, email, web chat and social media.
- Act as a country specialist for your market to advise on current trends and local knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfilment.
- Use and analyse all consumer feedback to cultivate process improvements to improve the consumer experience.
- Get involved with consumer experience projects with the wider business.
- Promote ‘One team’ spirit by demonstrating meaningful teamwork and supporting your colleagues.

- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is a plus.
- An interest in the fashion/apparel industry and our brands.
- Availability to start in late September / early October.
- Written and oral fluency in Spanish and English is essential for this role.
