As the Brand Media Specialist, HOKA EMEA, you will play a key role within the Brand Media team, supporting the planning, coordination and execution of integrated media campaigns across the EMEA region. Sitting at the centre of day-to-day media operations, you will help bring HOKA’s brand and product stories to life across channels including Paid Social, Display & AV, Out of Home and Media Partnerships. From managing creative assets and agency workflows to supporting campaign reporting and optimisation, you will ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with HOKA’s premium brand standards.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Brand, Creative, Sports Marketing, PR, CRM, Performance Media and E-commerce, as well as external agency partners, to support impactful campaigns, product launches and market activations across key EMEA markets including the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
We’re looking for a highly organised media professional with a passion for brand storytelling, a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in both media and the sports, outdoor and lifestyle industries.
Your Impact:
- Own the end-to-end management and coordination of campaign creative assets across Paid Social, Display & AV, OOH and Media Partnerships.
- Develop strong relationships with agency partners and support the delivery of clear media briefs, timelines and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, PR, Sports Marketing, CRM, Performance Media and E-commerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Ensure all campaign assets meet brand standards through robust quality assurance, approval and tracking processes.
- Support campaign reporting by gathering, analysing and presenting performance data and key insights.
- Lead day-to-day campaign coordination, helping ensure launches are delivered accurately, on time and with minimal errors.
- Support the optimisation of campaigns by identifying opportunities, sharing learnings and helping implement improvements.
- Manage budget tracking, invoice processing and campaign financial administration in partnership with external agencies.
- Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency and operational excellence across the Brand Media function.

- You’re comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You understand the importance of quality assurance, campaign accuracy and operational excellence.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- You are confident working with campaign performance data, reporting tools and Excel.
- You are proactive, solutions-focused and always looking for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
- You have a passion for brand marketing, media and creative storytelling.
- You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working across multiple functions to achieve shared goals.
We Would Love to Hear from People with:
- Experience working across digital and/or brand media channels and knowledge of Paid Social platforms.
- Familiarity with media channels such as Display & AV, OOH and Media Partnerships.
- Experience supporting campaign reporting, performance analysis and optimisation.
- Experience managing creative assets, approvals and stakeholder workflows.
- An interest in sports, outdoor, lifestyle or retail brands.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Strava, Komoot or AllTrails is a plus.
