Our Keyholders are essential to our store\’s success. Their role is to create the best possible customer experience. They stay informed about all products, promotions, and marketing initiatives to engage with customers effectively and respond to their needs. They also communicate UGG\’s sustainability initiatives and social commitments while sharing their passion for our products. As a Sales Lead with Keys, they work as part of a dynamic team to achieve business goals.

Description

As an UGG Keyholder, you create personalized shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty. You model our Service Training Program, greet customers promptly and courteously, and ensure all questions are answered accurately. You provide exceptional service from start to finish, including explaining our return policy. Maintaining a positive attitude and promoting the store and brand image are vital. You make yourself available to all customers, including those calling on the phone.

We are seeking Part-Time Keyholders for contracts of around 16 hours per week.
