Deckers Brands is seeking an e Commerce Operations Representative (6 Month FTC) to support the Consumer Relations team across HOKA, UGG and Teva.

You will process manual refunds, create site credits, and handle order cancellations requested by warehouses within SLA while preparing dispute documents for chargebacks.

You will monitor systems, manage entries for corrections, returns, and cancellations; raise invoices for failed payments and assist with chargebacks/Pay Pal disputes.
