Reporting into the Director of eCommerce, the Senior Content Manager for HOKA & Teva EMEA is responsible for the creation and implementation of EMEA eCommerce content strategy, in alignment with wider regional and global DTC goals. Representing the EMEA region within relevant workshops and workstreams, the Senior Content Manager will work to influence global DTC projects and ensure that the region's requirements are known and met by all teams. Day-to-day, the Senior Content Manager will manage the content planning, development, and production of content, ensuring that brand and product storytelling is culturally relevant across 50+ markets whilst also delivering a pinnacle online experience.

- Own and deliver the EMEA content strategy and roadmap
- Develop and execute onsite content across all markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
- Ensure content is on-brand, on time, and performance-driven
- Support CMS optimisation and content workflows
- Lead agile content delivery and team performance
Qualifications
- Experienced in eCommerce content strategy and delivery
- Comfortable working across global, cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of digital performance and customer experience
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Familiar with agile ways of working and CMS platforms
- Extensive eCommerce content experience
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CoreMedia)
- Strong analytical skills (GA, Content Square)
- Experience managing multi-market content and campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO and digital best practices
