As Brand Specialist, Social, you will lead the organic social media and community-building strategy for UGG's owned channels across EMEA. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Social, you will manage our social media agency, ensure brand consistency across channels, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing, scalable creative. You will act as a guardian of UGG's global and EMEA brand standards, while identifying and sharing emerging social trends and opportunities. You will drive a consistent brand voice and visual identity, educate stakeholders on key UGG pillars, and ensure all activations are on-brand. Working closely with paid media, content, and cross-functional teams, you will shape strategic social plans and deliver impactful campaigns.

Your Impact:

  • Own the relationship and day-to-day operations with our social media agency
  • Develop and execute always-on and seasonal organic social media strategies, including community management
  • Collaborate with paid media and content teams to deliver clear content recommendations and strategic briefs
  • Ensure social media plans align with broader brand objectives and key product marketing strategies
  • Care for the brand by applying social media guardrails and compliance considerations
  • Support the team with regular reporting, analysis, and optimisation of social activity
  • Lead training and guidance on social media innovation and opportunities for stakeholders

You are highly organised, data-driven, and creative, with a strong understanding of brand consumer eco-systems. You're comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams and agencies. You understand the importance of consistency in brand messaging and consumer journey. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence and drive buy-in.

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Advanced experience in social media roles within commercial brands or agencies
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus
  • Proven ability to work on performance-driven social campaigns in collaboration with paid media teams
  • Strong understanding of how creative drives performance at scale across paid and organic channels
  • Experience in analysing content performance and translating insights into strategic action
  • Background in fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands - is a bonus
