As the Assistant Content Producer, you will play a key role in bringing our brands to life across all EMEA websites. Working across HOKA and TEVA, you will support the planning, briefing, execution, and optimisation of digital content across up to seven languages. Your work will focus on delivering engaging, high‑quality content that aligns with brand voice, supports trade objectives, and enhances the customer journey through data‑driven insights and personalisation. You will collaborate closely with Content Producers, developers, designers, and cross‑functional teams (Trade, CRM, Marketing, Brand, UX) to ensure content is delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation, tracking, and delivery of content briefs for design and development teams.
- Develop high‑quality, localised and personalised content that reflects brand voice and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Trade, CRM, Marketing, Brand, UX) to ensure alignment across channels.
- Ensure all content is QA'd, accurate, and delivered on time across multiple markets and languages.
- Manage the end‑to‑end publishing process within CMS platforms.
- Support content optimisation through data insights, competitor analysis and A/B testing initiatives.
- Be organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Operate comfortably in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment with competing priorities.
- Analyse data, interpret insights and translate them into actionable improvements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in a content, e‑commerce or digital role.
- Exposure to managing multi‑market, multi‑language websites or campaigns.
- Experience creating digital content.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. CoreMedia, Salesforce/Demandware).
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Fullstory).
