The Role: As the Trade Marketing Specialist UK, you’ll support the Trade Marketing Manager in delivering a successful Trade Marketing Plan for the UK region, focusing on market growth and key wholesale accounts. You’ll build strong partnerships with wholesale clients and implement innovative UGG brand experiences in their in-store and online environments, engaging the UGG consumer through their channels and aligning with strategic business objectives.

Your Impact:

  • Assist in planning and executing regional trade marketing initiatives tailored to wholesale partners, supporting seasonal brand campaigns and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate development and adaptation of trade marketing materials for local markets, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding trade marketing tools, collateral, and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with local and EMEA teams to support implementation of trade marketing plans across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Take ownership of specific trade marketing projects from planning through to execution and reporting, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Support collection, consolidation, and reporting of trade marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and regional insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of trade marketing processes, identifying areas for greater efficiency and impact.
  • Assist in organizing and managing marketing assets and documentation to support smooth and efficient execution across all wholesale marketing channels.
  • Support the Trade Marketing team with ideas, learnings, and consumer insight for consumer events and experiences in wholesale doors.
  • Become fully immersed in consumer insights available from the brand team.
  • Coordinate and distribute monthly and quarterly EMEA marketing reports.
  • Coordinate Trade team feedback and input into marketing campaigns, assets, shot lists, etc.
  • Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to coordinate and distribute EMEA Marketing assets via the shared database.
