Consumer Relations Representative

As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will offer seamless customer service to our customers across our brands; HOKA, UGG, Teva. We’re looking for friendly and courteous team members to act as advocates for our brands when communicating to our consumers via telephone, email, web chat and social media. This is a multi-lingual role requiring written and oral fluency in German and English.

Your Impact

  • Provide excellent, proactive customer service at all customer contact points, offering seamless communication via telephone, email, web chat and social media.
  • Act as a country specialist for your market to advise on current trends and local knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfilment.
  • Use and analyse all consumer feedback to cultivate process improvements to improve the consumer experience.
  • Get involved with consumer experience projects with the wider business.
  • Promote ‘One team’ spirit by demonstrating meaningful teamwork and supporting your colleagues.
