The Role:
As the Inventory Manager, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of inventory and supply operations across the EMEA region for our brands. You will be responsible for aligning supply with commercial objectives, optimising inventory levels, and ensuring timely product availability to meet consumer demand across wholesale, retail and e-commerce channels.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of seasonal product cycles, style/SKU complexity, and global sourcing dynamics. You will also have strong leadership within Integrated Planning, as well as other regional functional teams.
Your Impact:
- Lead the Supply Planner(s) to execute monthly purchasing activities and lead Inventory Management in all aspects of buying and inventory planning.
- Develop and maintain a rolling supply plan which supports our commercial and financial goals.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Logistics/Warehousing, Finance and Commercial teams to define and maintain inventory planning assumptions, covering forecast error, forecast bias, lead times.
- Ensure tracking of ex-factory dates with international suppliers, leading communication in variabilities, flag risks to OTIF and initiate mitigation actions to limit business risk of supply to demand accuracy.
- Oversee and manage delivery of all network supply metrics. Identify potential risks and prepare scenarios to address and follow up on all supply-related issues to full resolution.

We would Love to Hear from People with:
- Strong background in Operations and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in medium to large-scale business environment is beneficial.
- Proficient with ERP and supply chain planning systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, o9).
- Experience with case building, UAT, project management methods is a plus.
