The Role:
As a Finance Analyst, you'll play a key part in driving financial insight across the UGG Wholesale and Distributor markets, and the TEVA brand, with a strong focus on performance analysis, forecasting, and commercial decision support. You'll own the development of high-quality reporting and analysis for UGG channels across EMEA, translating data into clear, actionable insights and collaborating with crossâfunctional teams to influence business performance.
Working closely with the UGG Finance Manager and Head of FP&A, the role contributes to the delivery of robust seasonal and annual plans, supporting both shortâterm decisions and longerâterm strategic thinking. The analyst will proactively review performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and clearly communicate findings to senior stakeholders within the FP&A team and the wider business.
Beyond core reporting, the role offers exposure to crossâfunctional collaboration with commercial and operational teams, continuous improvement of reporting processes, and the opportunity to influence how financial insights are used to drive business performance. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent, accurate reporting across wholesale and distributor channels, while also helping to evolve the insight provided as the business grows.
Your Impact:
- Partner with the Finance Manager and Head of FP&A to deliver UGG and TEVA brand plans, supporting both strategic and in-season decision-making.
- Support the preparation of annual brand budgets and forecast updates for Wholesale and Distributor channels.
- Produce timely, accurate performance reporting through management reporting packs with clear commentary and insight.
- Deliver actionable information to Brand and Commercial teams for improved business performance.
- Act as a constructive challenger during planning and forecasting, ensuring robust and commercially sound assumptions.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional stakeholders to develop consistent, scalable Brand and Channel reporting.
- Work with Brand Management and commercial leads to prepare Annual Plan and Quarterly reforecasts.
- Validate Plan/Forecasts against Regional and Corporate Targets.
- Prepare cost forecasts and align seasonal buying forecasts with financial plans.
- Produce and distribute weekly Brand Trading packs, sales and orderbook summaries, and seasonal summaries.
- Generate breakdowns by order class and review closeout margins.
- Prepare and distribute cross brand Daily Sales Summary and ensure reporting consistency.
- Prepare analysis and manage weekly crossâfunctional Billings meetings, providing robust projections and commentary.
- Fully exploit intelligence tools within EMEA, drive automation, and support continuous improvement in reporting capabilities.
- Deputise for Finance Manager and Head of FP&A when appropriate and promote a culture of accountability.
- Develop strong relationships across the business and strive to learn, develop, and share best practice.
