The Role:
As the MarTech / Email Developer, you will design, code, test and maintain high quality, scalable email communications across our DTC customer lifecycle. You will collaborate with Marketing, Technology and Data to ensure emails are consistent across devices and clients, meet accessibility and compliance standards, and support performance and personalization goals.
Your Impact:
- Build responsive, reusable, and modular HTML email templates compatible with major email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, mobile clients etc.)
- Translate creative designs and briefs into production ready tickets and email code that meets brand and accessibility standards
- Implement personalisation, dynamic content and conditional logic collaboration with CRM and lifecycle teams
- Maintain and improve email template libraries, components and documentation
- Apply best practices for accessibility (including semantic structure, contrast and screen reader compatibility)
