The Role:

As the Brand Media Associate for UGG, you’ll play a key supporting role within the Brand Media team, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of campaigns across channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality media outputs across OOH, Media Partnerships, Display & AV, and Paid Social. Your focus will be on creative asset management, coordinating briefs, and ensuring all campaign assets meet brand and quality standards. You’ll help maintain consistency and accuracy across all media touchpoints, support campaign reporting and optimization, and contribute to best-in-class brand storytelling across EMEA priority markets.

Your Impact:

  • Support end-to-end handling of campaign assets across channels (Display & AV, Paid Social, OOH & Media Partnerships)
  • Coordinate resizing, formatting, and versioning of creatives to meet platform specifications
  • Optimize and validate tracking URLs for accurate campaign measurement
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and naming conventions for consistency
  • Support creation and delivery of clear media briefs to agency partners
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for agencies, managing timelines, queries, and deliverables
  • Track campaign milestones
  • Collect and organize performance data, assist in building campaign reports, and track delivery against KPIs
  • Support preparation of presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders
  • Assist in monitoring campaign performance and flagging risks or opportunities
  • Share learnings and insights to inform future campaigns
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth team functioning

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Experience in media and marketing (agency or in-house), with exposure to digital and/or brand media channels
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Familiarity with media channels such as Display & AV, Paid Social, OOH, Media Partnerships, and basic campaign workflows
  • Ability to work with data supporting performance tracking and analysis
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus
