Role Assistant Allocator for HOKA, responsible for stock distribution across store portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate allocations aligned to trading demand and distribution targets.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end allocation process for your store portfolio.
- Develop insights from sales and stock data to drive performance.
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to optimise trading outcomes.
- Ensure timely and accurate allocations aligned to demand.
- Care for store relationships by understanding their needs and challenges.
- Support planning and operations with reporting and analysis.
- Lead by taking accountability for stock ownership within your channel.
Qualifications
- Highly organised and analytical, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, performance‐focused environment.
- Understanding of retail operations and interest in stock management and supply chain.
- Experience in retail or strong understanding of store operations (preferred).
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience with retail systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
