The Role:

As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving Deckers Brands' growth and presence across the UK. You will build and nurture strong relationships with our partners, manage and grow a portfolio of regional accounts, and seek out new opportunities to expand our reach. Your work will directly impact the long-term success of our brands, ensuring we deliver exceptional service, achieve ambitious sales targets, and maintain our reputation for excellence. This is a dynamic, field-based role that requires travel and occasional overnight stays, offering you the chance to make a real difference both within our team and across the wider market.

Your Impact:

  • Develop, manage, and be accountable for the sales of the existing regional account base in line with brand building guidelines
  • Drive pre-season sell-in, planning, and forecasting at the account level to maximize productivity and growth
  • Manage in-season business and replenishment for regional accounts, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
  • Deliver product trainings, sales support, and participate in partner events to strengthen relationships and drive results
  • Support marketing initiatives, including visual merchandising and execution of in-store events
  • Plan and budget for each account by category, strategically arranging customer appointments and ensuring all orders and admin are submitted within deadlines
  • Build strong professional relationships with buyers and owners, acting as the first point of contact for your accounts within Deckers Brands
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and uphold brand standards
  • Report on territory performance, including sales, sell-through, and account growth metrics

  • Exposure to reporting and communicating both sell-in and sell-through
  • Valid full driving license
