The Role: As a Demand Planner for HOKA, you’ll support the Demand Planning Manager in creating and maintaining regional demand plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. You’ll work closely with brand leadership, sales, supply planning, and finance teams to deliver highly accurate forecasts that drive business decisions and achieve operational sales plans at the country level. You’ll play a key role in the seasonal buying cycle, communicate across the UK & EMEA, and bring professionalism, influence, and alignment to every interaction.

Your Impact:

  • Create demand forecasts to ensure the right product is available at the right time, based on demand patterns and business trends.
  • Drive efficient SKU selection each season using historic trends and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze sales at style, color, and size level to inform demand planning.
  • Create and maintain demand plans for upcoming wholesale selling seasons.
  • Revisit demand plans in season to identify short-term sales opportunities and coordinate with stakeholders (DTC, OM, Commercial).
  • Ensure demand planning output meets intro dates, launch requirements, and regional specifics.
  • Communicate proactively with Sales and Operations teams to ensure demand and supply visibility.
  • Submit demand summaries for monthly consensus forecasts and participate in monthly demand reviews.
  • Maintain consistency across all brands within EMEA demand planning and process.
  • Partner with local Sales teams to understand variances, trends, and promotions impacting future demand.
  • Develop and execute product demand plans to meet organizational goals.
  • Monitor systems and reports for potential issues, liaising with IT as needed.
  • Lead communication and action planning for innovation launch events.
  • Provide insight to Commercial and Operations teams on sales vs forecast development.
  • Challenge over/under sales patterns and suggest/implement forecast changes as required.
  • Review re-order trends in season to identify short-term sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with DTC, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to optimize sell-out plans and minimize stock obsolescence risk.
  • Complete prior season reviews and use analysis to establish ideal proposed SKU counts for the next planning season.
  • Review new season ranges with Sales teams to identify product strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.
  • Convert seasonal demand plans into monthly demand plans using launch dates, prior season history, and strategic approaches.
  • Monitor order book for trends and revise demand plans in advance of each monthly buy.
  • Complete final system updates for each forecasting deadline as directed.
  • Engage with relevant key stakeholders throughout the organization to achieve accurate demand plans.
  • Participate in projects as required.
  • Track forecast measures of accuracy and bias, stock availability, and demand plan alignment to financial and inventory targets at EMEA level.

  • Experienced planner with multi-brand and multi-region operations knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of Retail, Wholesale, and E-Commerce operations.
  • Experience in wholesale Demand Planning roles in the EMEA market; omni-channel experience desirable.
  • Commercially aware with knowledge of Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the end consumer.
  • Other European language desirable (French, German, or Dutch).
  • Mathematically minded with advanced Excel skills.
