Consumer Relations Representative (6 months FTC)

The Role

As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will offer seamlesscustomerserviceto ourcustomersacross our brands: HOKA, UGG Teva.

We’re looking forfriendlyand courteous team members to act as advocates for our brands whencommunicatingto our consumers via telephone, email, web chat andsocialmedia.

Your Impact

• Provideexcellent,proactivecustomerserviceat allcustomercontact points, offering a seamlesscommunicationvia telephone, email, web chat andsocialmedia
• Act as a country specialist for your market toadviseon current trends and local knowledge
• Collaborateclosely withCustomerResolution team to ensure order fulfilment
• Use and analyse all consumer feedback tocultivateprocess improvements to improve the consumer experience
• Getinvolvedwith consumer experience projects with the wider business
• Promote ‘One team’ spirit by demonstrating meaningful teamwork andsupportingyour colleagues

We Would Love ToHearfrom People With

• Previous experience in aCustomerServicerole is a plus
• An interest in the fashion/apparel industry and our brands
• Availability to start in late September / early October
