*Key Responsibilities*
* Assisting with daily routines including mornings, lunchtimes & evenings.
* Promoting independence, dignity and choice.
* Providing personal care (bathing, showering, toileting) as needed.
* Offering companionship and attending social activities.
* Meal preparation.
* Light cleaning and household duties.
We are seeking Carers who:
* Are available to cover mornings, teatime OR evening shifts (no later than 10 pm finish) *and* alternate weekends.
* Have good communication and relationship-building skills.
* Can use their initiative to deliver an outstanding level of care.
* Are punctual, reliable, professional, and kind.
* *Are car owners and in possession of a full UK driving license – ESSENTIAL.*
