About this role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Life Sciences Consultant looking to make the next Decisive step to progress their career, where you will be given the opportunity to grow and develop in our fast-paced consulting team. Your key responsibilities: Lead market access and commercial strategy projects from conception to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including experts in commercial strategy, market access, and medical fields. Use innovative approaches to tackle clients\’ challenges, bringing a creative and proactive mindset. Oversee project management, ensuring seamless execution, budget alignment, and timely delivery. Conduct high-quality research, advisory boards, training programs, and interviews with diverse stakeholders, from payers to patients. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Contribute to new business development, proposals, and thought leadership to support the company’s growth. What we’re looking for: A strong scientific or medical background (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred). Experience in pharmaceutical or commercial strategy, with a proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English (business-standard C1/C2). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other tools for research and analysis.
