Amatsu is seeking a hands-on Product Engineer / Data Product Lead to design, build, and operate data-driven products that support governance, risk management, and ecosystem health within the Sky.Money ecosystem. This role blends product leadership with strong engineering execution and is ideal for a mid-level professional who thrives in lean, high-ownership environments.
You will be directly responsible for translating governance and risk needs into practical, data-backed products, working closely with on-chain data and shipping continuously.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute data-driven product development from problem definition to delivery
- Design, build, and maintain Risk Dashboards for protocol and ecosystem monitoring
- Develop Ecosystem Health Analytics, including KPIs, alerts, and trend analysis
- Work hands-on with on-chain data (indexing, querying, transformation, and analysis)
- Collaborate in a lean execution model, prioritizing speed, clarity, and impact
- Manage product execution and workflow using Linear.app
- Partner with governance, risk, and engineering stakeholders to align metrics with decision-making
- Clear, reliable dashboards that inform governance and risk decisions
- Actionable ecosystem health metrics used by operators and stakeholders
- Fast iteration cycles with measurable improvements in insight quality
- High ownership, minimal process overhead, and consistent execution
