Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £65,000 £85,000 + Benefits + Bonus

The Role

Youll take on a senior leadership position overseeing a diverse portfolio of insolvency and restructuring cases, ensuring a high-quality service to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied corporate caseload including trading and non-trading administrations, CVLs, and MVLs

• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to a capable team of administrators and senior administrators

• Playing a key role in business development and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships

• Taking formal insolvency appointments (for licensed IPs) or working closely alongside the appointment holder

• Ensuring full regulatory compliance and maintaining strong procedural standards

About You

Youll likely be an experienced Insolvency Manager or Senior Manager ready to progress, or an existing IP seeking a fresh challenge with more autonomy.

• CPI qualified (ideally JIEB-qualified or looking to obtain it)

• Strong technical knowledge across corporate insolvency processes

• Commercially astute, with strong client relationship skills

• A positive, collaborative approach to leadership and team management
