The Role You'll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency appointments from appointment through to closure, ensuring each case is progressed efficiently, compliantly and to the highest professional standards. Working closely with Insolvency Practitioners and the wider team, you'll build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while providing technical support and guidance where required. This role offers a high degree of autonomy alongside excellent long-term career prospects within a growing specialist practice. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency appointments including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations and Compulsory Liquidations. Progress cases from appointment through to closure. Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders throughout each appointment. Prepare and review statutory reports, case documentation and correspondence. Ensure compliance with insolvency legislation, SIPs and internal procedures. Support and mentor junior members of the team where appropriate. Assist Insolvency Practitioners with technical and complex case matters. Contribute to the continued growth of the firm's presence within the Cambridge market. About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience managing a corporate insolvency portfolio within a UK insolvency practice. Strong technical knowledge of corporate insolvency procedures. Excellent organisational and communication skills. The ability to manage your own workload while maintaining exceptional client service. Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff would be advantageous. Ambition to develop your career into a senior leadership position. CPI qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
