An ambitious and well-respected insolvency practice in the South is looking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Senior Insolvency Manager to help lead a growing team and manage a broad, high-quality portfolio of corporate insolvency work. This is a key leadership position with genuine scope for progression to IP-level or directorship for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of complex and varied corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations
  • Supervise and mentor a team of insolvency professionals, providing guidance, technical oversight, and performance support
  • Take the lead on technical case reviews, statutory reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement
  • Liaise confidently with directors, creditors, legal advisors, and external professionals
  • Assist with workflow planning, departmental strategy, and operational improvements
  • Contribute to business development activity, building relationships and supporting growth initiatives alongside senior leadership

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience in corporate insolvency, ideally at Manager or Senior Manager level
  • Strong technical expertise across a wide range of insolvency procedures
  • Confident leader with the ability to manage teams, coach junior staff, and uphold professional standards
  • CPI-qualified as a minimum; JIEB qualification or progress towards it highly desirable
  • Commercially astute, well-organised, and proactive
  • Willing to attend the office on a hybrid basis, depending on case and team needs
