The Opportunity
Joining the Leeds team, you will be responsible for managing a varied and interesting portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from start to finish, while working closely with the appointment-taking IP and senior management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day case progression across CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations
- Preparing statutory documentation, progress reports and financial summaries
- Liaising with directors, creditors and legal advisers to ensure smooth case delivery
- Investigating company affairs and preparing outcome statements and reports
- Supporting more complex assignments as required
- Assisting with mentoring and supporting junior team members
What We're Looking For
The role would suit someone who is confident working autonomously, enjoys responsibility, and takes pride in delivering accurate, well-managed casework. You should have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in corporate insolvency
- Strong working knowledge of insolvency processes and compliance requirements
- Experience of managing your own portfolio with limited supervision
- CPI qualification (or the ambition to achieve it) preferred
- Clear communication skills and a strong, organised working style
- A proactive approach and commitment to high professional standards
