Our client is an established and highly regarded independent insolvency practice that has built an excellent reputation for delivering commercially focused advice to directors, business owners and stakeholders across the UK. Following a sustained period of growth, the firm is now looking to appoint an experienced Insolvency Administrator to strengthen its Corporate Insolvency team. You will become an integral member of a collaborative team, working alongside experienced Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and insolvency professionals on a varied portfolio of corporate appointments, with a particular focus on Creditors Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs). The Opportunity

You will assume responsibility for administering a portfolio of corporate insolvency appointments from initial instruction through to case closure, ensuring each matter is progressed efficiently, compliantly and with the highest levels of professionalism. Working closely with senior colleagues, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of Creditors Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) from appointment through to completion.
  • Preparing statutory reports, correspondence and all associated case documentation.
  • Liaising with company directors, creditors, solicitors, accountants and other key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of each appointment.
  • Managing case progression, ensuring statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements are consistently achieved.
  • Assisting with investigations, asset realisations and creditor adjudication where required.
  • Preparing receipts and payments, progress reports and final account documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate electronic case files and ensuring the highest standards of technical compliance.
  • Supporting Licensed Insolvency Practitioners in delivering an exceptional service to clients.
The Individual

The successful candidate will already possess experience within a UK corporate insolvency practice and will be comfortable managing CVL appointments with confidence. You will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience within corporate insolvency.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Creditors Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs).
  • A sound understanding of UK insolvency legislation and statutory procedures.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced professional environment.
  • A collaborative approach combined with a genuine desire to continue developing your career within insolvency.
