An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join a rapidly growing and highly ambitious Insolvency & Restructuring practice in Leeds.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency assignments, working closely with experienced Managers and Insolvency Practitioners.
Responsibilities will include
- Managing a portfolio of predominantly corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure.
- Working across procedures including CVLs, MVLs and Administrations.
- Preparing statutory documentation and reports.
- Liaising with directors, creditors, employees and other stakeholders.
- Investigating company affairs and director conduct where required.
- Assisting with asset realisations, creditor claims and case progression.
- Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.
- Working closely with senior management and Insolvency Practitioners on more complex assignments.
