Senior Insolvency Administrator – Manchester
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 DOELocation: Manchester Hybrid Working Available
An established and growing independent insolvency practice in Manchester is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with a solid background in corporate insolvency who is looking to take on greater responsibility, manage their own caseload and continue progressing within a supportive firm.
The successful candidate will work across a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency assignments, including CVLs, MVLs and Administrations.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of insolvency cases from appointment through to closure, including:
- Managing a varied caseload of CVLs, MVLs and Administrations- Preparing statutory documentation and reports- Liaising with directors, creditors, employees and other stakeholders- Conducting investigations into company affairs and director conduct- Identifying and progressing asset realisations- Preparing distributions and closure documentation- Ensuring statutory deadlines and compliance requirements are met- Supporting more junior members of the team where required- Working closely with Managers and Appointment-Taking Insolvency Practitioners The Candidate The firm is looking for somebody with:
- At least 2–3 years' experience within insolvency- Strong experience managing corporate insolvency cases- Experience working on CVLs and Administrations- Good technical knowledge of the wider insolvency process- The ability to manage cases with minimal supervision- Strong organisational and communication skills- CPI qualification, or an interest in completing it, would be advantageous but is not essential The Opportunity The successful candidate will be joining a well-established business offering:
