What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly disciplined, analytical, and detail‑oriented Ecom Executive / Assistant (Associate Manager, Amazon, UK & EMEA) to independently manage and audit our global Amazon product catalogs across six new markets. The role requires deep data analysis, rapid trend response, and operational execution across Amazon UK, EMEA, and global platforms.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Daily operational execution across Amazon UK, EMEA, and global marketplaces, reporting to the Sr. Manager Amazon.
  • Manage and maintain accurate product listings, inventory feeds, and pricing updates across all active Amazon platforms.
  • Support creation, scheduling, and execution of marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to gather assets and insights for campaigns and product launches.
  • Partner with the Performance Marketing team to optimize copy and product listings, improving organic search performance.
  • Assist with maintaining retail standards, resolving marketplace compliance or account health issues, and supporting co‑op negotiations.
  • Provide operational setup and launch support as the business expands the Amazon footprint into six new regions.
  • Coordinate translation, localization, and formatting for A+ content, listings, and messaging based on competitive and trend analyses.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on channel KPIs using Amazon analytical tools, flagging anomalies.
  • Track advertising budgets, reconcile POs and invoicing, while monitoring trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1–2+ years of e‑commerce experience, preferably with marketplaces such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, or Shopify.
  • Strong data analysis skills and advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets capability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in data entry, tracking, and campaign setup.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, able to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self‑accountable, disciplined, and able to thrive independently in a quiet workspace.
  • Proactive, quick learner, able to succeed in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Fluency in an additional language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) is desirable.
  • A passion for e‑commerce and the beauty industry, and interest in the Amazon marketplace.
