Lead regional planning, strategy, and execution across PR and influencer marketing. Drive integrated campaigns, translate global direction into locally relevant storytelling, and own the regional editorial calendar. Manage workflows, budgets, performance, and mentor a high‑performing team.

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of communications/PR experience (UKI essential; beauty industry a strong plus)
  • 2+ years of people‑management experience with proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong expertise in regional campaign planning, editorial strategy, and translating global frameworks into local execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills in fast‑paced environments
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance, manage KPIs, and drive continuous optimisation
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of UKI regional communications campaigns, driving brand equity growth.
  • Translate global strategies into UKI storytelling frameworks, messaging, and local activations; manage the regional editorial calendar.
  • Drive media engagement and story buy‑in across beauty and relevant categories, partnering with stakeholders to amplify PR impact.
  • Serve as the key regional connector across global, regional, and local teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the creation and localisation of toolkits and assets, ensuring quality and compliance.
Governance & Optimisation
  • Establish and manage governance processes, workflows, approvals, timelines, and centralised repositories.
  • Own regional KPIs, reporting, and performance analysis; provide insights and recommend optimisations.
  • Support crisis communication protocols and ensure readiness in partnership with leadership and Legal.
People Leadership & Partnerships
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the UKI communications team, managing direct reports and fostering high performance.
  • Partner closely with regional commercial and brand teams, as well as global leadership, to align priorities and protect brand integrity.

  • Demonstrated excellence in people leadership and program management.
  • Highly detail‑oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of UKI cultural trends with a data‑driven approach.
