We are looking for an unyieldingly curious brand builder, a meticulous project general, and a natural storyteller to champion the global growth of NIOD. NIOD isn't just a skincare brand; it is a hyper-educated, science‑first ecosystem. You are a strategic thinker who can write a brilliant creative brief from a blank page, but you are equally energized by the operational rigor it takes to pull off a flawless 360° global launch. As our Global Brand Hub, you will sit at the intersection of science and art, turning complex concepts into elegant, integrated campaigns that respect our unique identity while driving measurable growth.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Confidently own the management of integrated brand campaigns from strategy through to launch, while acting as the global brand hub for all projects and campaigns.
  • Build strong creative briefs and work closely with the internal Design team to bring to life creative concepts which generate awareness while respecting the brand’s identity and tone of voice.
  • Lead the process of an ‘always‑on’ playbook of NIOD brand stories, that pulse throughout the year across various channels, and act as a key contributor to building out brand briefs and populating the NIOD calendar.
  • Present and communicate often to cross‑functional teams, including Digital, Retail, Regional Brand Leads, Scientific and Senior Leadership, to introduce campaigns, strategise plans, track progress and analyse results.
  • Produce well‑designed decks such as ‘toolkits’ to deliver all campaign assets and plans in an organised manner to be used by downstream team members across the world.
  • Submit detailed briefs for specific asset needs including video, educational graphics and paid digital, tracking the progress of these closely with the design team to ensure delivery timelines are met.
  • Proofread a range of visual assets and copy to uphold a consistent tone of voice, including video scripts, stills, and headlines, to ensure a consistent consumer experience across all brand touch points.
  • Analyse campaign results to provide short and long term strategic recommendations for the brand.
  • Own, build and drive the NIOD From The Bench email franchise, ensuring the newsletter transforms into a thriving content ecosystem.
  • Be the brand’s appointed spokesperson when it comes to NIOD social channels, working closely with and inspiring the social team to build best‑in‑class content, experiences, and advocating for Brand culture across the organization to foster collaboration.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Brand Management & Campaign Experience: 4+ years in a brand management or equivalent role, ideally with a global brand in beauty or CPG, with a proven delivery of successful integrated, omnichannel brand campaigns and experience working with legal and regulatory teams being an asset.
  • Project Management & Problem Solving: Strong ability to manage, initiate, and monitor simultaneous projects, including timeline tracking, solid organisation, time management skills, and a successful track record in delivering results, meeting goals, and responding quickly to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strategic Thinking & Creative Capability: Self‑starter who thrives on solving complex problems, writing a strategic creative brief from a blank page, and demonstrating a high level of business acumen, a future‑thinking mindset, an unyielding curiosity, and an in-depth understanding of the beauty industry with knowledge of trends in other industries like fashion.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceeding at relationship development and management across diverse departments and differing levels of seniority, while being a confident public speaker and presenter of ideas in both large and small, casual and formal settings.
