What We’re Looking For We seek an energetic, flexible, customer service-oriented Sales Assistant, known at DECIEM as Counter Associate , to join our \” extraOrdinary \” team in Selfridges – Trafford . Your role is to deliver memorable experiences to our customers. Experience in retail, department stores, or luxury industry—especially in fragrance, beauty, fashion, or luxury goods—is highly desirable. Responsibilities Greet customers enthusiastically and professionally, reflecting DECIEM’s vision. Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products based on brand training. Maintain standards for quality, customer service, and health & safety. Educate customers about DECIEM brands and products, providing excellent service. Manage customer feedback and queries. Keep the counter clean and organized, adhering to merchandising standards. Assist with product refunds and resolve customer issues positively. Build meaningful relationships with managers and clients, demonstrating high-standard communication. Skills and Qualifications Ability to engage customers and apply products during consultations. Strong multi-tasking skills with professional customer service abilities. Effective time management and communication skills. Desire to promote brand awareness.
