Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and marketing initiatives for the UK and Ireland markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of beauty retail and digital marketing, with experience in delivering comprehensive marketing campaigns, including out-of-home (OOH), customer events, and digital activations. You will work closely with commercial teams to drive growth and ensure the successful execution of marketing activations across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent regional interests by collaborating with regional and global teams to deliver campaigns and marketing plans.
- Manage end-to-end UK brand projects, coordinating with global, regional, and external teams.
- Negotiate and manage agencies for brand projects and OOH activations.
- Oversee project management of regional assets, content, timelines, and team efforts.
- Maintain and update the regional brand calendar, supporting ongoing brand and business efforts.
- Support regional paid media strategies, planning, and execution to meet KPIs.
- Assist in global product launches and brand campaigns, maximizing impact.
- Manage the brand budget and ensure proper PO processes.
- Develop and execute the UK-specific brand strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Lead weekly UK department meetings for project updates and alignment.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of marketing experience in brand management within the UK beauty industry.
- Experience working with digital marketing strategies and paid media.
- Strong knowledge of UK beauty market trends and consumer behavior.
- Experience with Sephora or Ulta is preferred.
- Creative thinking and ability to challenge conventional ideas for innovative marketing.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management platforms like Wrike is preferred.
