We are a collective of disrupters and doers, of creatives and scientists, with a mission to reimagine the world of beauty. Since inception, our vertically integrated structure, including our own laboratories, manufacturing, retail stores, and brand infrastructure, have enabled us to rapidly identify opportunities and deliver quality. Home to The Ordinary, NIOD, AVESTAN, and other emerging brands, our goal is to create with purpose. We were founded on the principle of doing everything that others don't. Because normal gets you nowhere. We are DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company. We are growing rapidly and we're looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an HR Admin to join our People & Culture team and help make the day-to-day happen.
This role is a great fit for someone who is data and AI savvy, organised, curious and eager to get stuck in across a variety of HR projects and priorities. It's an entry-level opportunity to build your HR career while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, international and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on HR administration and getting the details right.
You'll help keep essential People processes, documentation, data and employee actions accurate, organised and moving on time. You'll also gain meaningful exposure to a regional People team supporting both our retail and corporate populations, giving you the opportunity to learn how HR works across different teams, populations and markets.
This is a Fixed-term contract until January 29, 2027
Could this be your next opportunity?
You're currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and you're excited to learn, contribute and grow your HR experience.

- Support a variety of HR and People & Culture projects, particularly during periods of internal business unit integration.
- Provide administrative and analytical support across HR programs and day-to-day People & Culture operations.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including forms, employment letters, and other employee-related documents.

- Follow up on outstanding information and actions to help ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with data management and analysis to support HR projects and business needs.
- Explore opportunities to use and implement AI and technology to improve HR processes and ways of working.
- Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team, providing reliable administrative support as priorities evolve.
- Perform HR-related administrative and project duties as required to support the team and wider business.
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage accurate data and documentation.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems, with an interest in AI; experience with Google Workspace, particularly Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar, is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to ask thoughtful questions, clarify expectations, and work effectively with others.
- A reliable, professional, and discreet approach, with the ability to handle sensitive information, follow tasks through to completion, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
