Role Overview
We are looking for an unyieldingly curious brand builder, a meticulous project general, and a natural storyteller to champion the global growth of NIOD. NIOD is a hyper-educated, science‑first ecosystem, and you will sit at the intersection of science and art, turning complex concepts into integrated campaigns that respect our unique identity while driving measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Confidently own the management of integrated brand campaigns from strategy through to launch, acting as the global brand hub for all projects and campaigns.
- Build strong creative briefs and collaborate with the internal design team to bring creative concepts to life that generate awareness while respecting the brand’s identity and tone of voice.
- Lead the development of an ‘always‑on’ playbook of NIOD brand stories that pulse throughout the year across various channels, contributing to the NIOD calendar.
- Present and communicate often to cross‑functional teams—including Digital, Retail, Regional Brand Leads, Scientific and Senior Leadership—to introduce campaigns, strategise plans, track progress and analyse results.
- Produce well‑designed decks (toolkits) to deliver all campaign assets and plans in an organised manner for downstream team members worldwide.
- Submit detailed briefs for specific asset needs (video, educational graphics, paid digital) and track progress with the design team to ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Proofread visual assets and copy to uphold a consistent tone of voice, including video scripts, stills and headlines, ensuring a cohesive consumer experience across all brand touchpoints.
- Analyse campaign results to provide short‑ and long‑term strategic recommendations for the brand.
- Own, build and drive the NIOD From The Bench email franchise, transforming the newsletter into a thriving content ecosystem.
- Act as the brand’s spokesperson for NIOD social channels, working closely with and inspiring the social team to build best‑in‑class content and advocate for brand culture across the organization.
Qualifications
- Brand Management & Campaign Experience: 4+ years in a brand management or equivalent role, ideally with a global brand in beauty or CPG, with proven delivery of integrated, omnichannel brand campaigns.
- Project Management & Problem Solving: Strong ability to manage, initiate and monitor simultaneous projects, including timeline tracking, solid organisation and time management skills, and a successful track record in delivering results.
- Strategic Thinking & Creative Capability: Self‑starter who thrives on solving complex problems, writes strategic creative briefs from a blank page, and demonstrates high business acumen, a future‑thinking mindset and an in‑depth understanding of the beauty industry and trends in related sectors.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to develop and manage relationships across diverse departments and levels of seniority, and to present ideas confidently in both small and large, formal and casual settings.
- Culture Alignment & Location: Demonstrates a deep connection to DECIEM’s values of Kindness and Doing Good, is based in London and is willing to come into the office two days a week.
Benefits
- Generous vacation and personal days, plus additional time off for volunteering, voting, peaceful protesting, celebrating birthdays and more.

- Access to Development Grants and LinkedIn Learning membership for ongoing growth and learning.
