In this role, you will act as a key operational and strategic member of the Partnerships team supporting account setup, launch planning, forecasting, performance tracking, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure our partners are set up for long‑term success.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the UK & IRE Partnerships team to develop and execute strategies that maximise operational efficiency, profitability, and clear communication across retail and distribution partners.
- Support the setup of retail and distribution partnership accounts in new markets, including administrative onboarding, asset transmission, and launch planning coordination.
- Work cross‑functionally with Design, Retail, Retail Operations, Learning & Development, Supply Chain, Logistics, PR/Comms, and Digital teams to support distribution expansion, brand elevation, and partner education initiatives.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain to ensure optimal stock availability, accurate inventory updates, and alignment across global partners.
- Track, analyse, and recap global partnerships business performance and growth opportunities on a bi‑weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Own and maintain the global partnerships calendar, ensuring visibility into sales periods, key deadlines, market updates, and expansion plans.
- Consolidate global forecasts for new product launches and collaborate with Supply Chain to communicate timelines, manage prioritisation, and support execution.
- Support the Business Development team on new business opportunities and global expansion initiatives, including prospecting, market research, and distributor engagement.
- Coordinate and support meetings, presentations, and visits with distributors and prospective partners across priority markets.
- Own and manage a small portfolio of Partnerships accounts, representing approximately 1‑2% of total partnerships revenue.
- Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills with a clear sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate plans, manage competing priorities, and perform well under pressure in a fast‑paced, unstructured environment.
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with exceptional accuracy and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); relevant education or equivalent partnerships experience within a beauty brand is an asset.
