WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a highly disciplined, analytical, and detail-oriented Ecom Executive / Assistant (Known at DECIEM as Associate Manager, Amazon, UK & EMEA) to independently manage and audit our global Amazon product catalogs across 6 exciting new global markets. In this role, you will dive deep into numbers, translate raw metrics into key insights for our supply chain and demand planning teams, and react quickly to viral trends to optimize our digital shelf.
- 1–2+ years of e-commerce experience (exposure to marketplaces like Amazon, TikTok Shop, or Shopify is ideal, alongside strong skincare interest).
- Exceptional data analysis and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (ability to manipulate data, generate reports, and run audits).
- High self-accountability and discipline to thrive, work independently, and remain fiercely focused in a quiet, siloed digital workspace.
- Nice to have: Fluency in other languages such as German, French, Italian or Spanish.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
- Daily Channel Execution: Assist the Sr. Manager Amazon with daily operational execution across Amazon UK, EMEA, and global marketplaces.
- Catalog & Listing Management: Manage and maintain accurate product listings, inventory feeds, and pricing updates across all active Amazon platforms to ensure retail readiness.
- Commercial Activations: Support the creation, scheduling, and execution of brand marketing and commercial sales campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to gather assets, information, and insights for upcoming campaigns and product launches.
- SEO Optimization: Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to optimize copy and product listings, improving organic search performance.
- Compliance & Negotiations: Assist with maintaining high retail standards, resolving marketplace compliance or account health issues, and supporting co-op negotiations.
- New Market Expansion: Provide critical operational setup and launch support as the business expands the Amazon footprint into 6 new global regions.
- Localization & Strategy: Coordinate translation, localization, and formatting efforts for A+ content, listings, and campaign messaging based on competitive and trend analyses in target markets.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis: Utilize Amazon analytical tools (Vendor/Seller Central, Brand Analytics) to generate weekly and monthly reports on channel KPIs, flagging raw insights and anomalies.
- Budget Tracking & Trend Monitoring: Maintain accurate tracking of advertising budgets, reconcile POs and invoicing, while monitoring the wider e-commerce landscape for emerging trends and competitor activity.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly in data entry, tracking, and campaign setup.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A passion for e-commerce, beauty/retail industry knowledge, and an interest in the dynamic Amazon marketplace is a plus.
