WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Full-time Store Manager who will lead store activity in the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory accuracy, stock organization, and team members\’ performances, and development, inspiring them to meet store targets and KPIs.

The Store Manager plays an integral role in developing sales strategy, increasing store performance, building a loyal customer base, and is accountable for ensuring an exceptional customer experience through leading by example.

This role will be based out of our Commercial Street store in London

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Supervise all staff within your location and oversee employee relations, sales, merchandising, customer experience, and all operational functions
  • Monitor and motivate the store team to meet and exceed DECIEM key performance indicators
  • Strategize and complete revenue calendar on a daily and monthly basis to report sales figures to the Area Sales Manager
  • Partner with the Recruitment and Area Sales Manager to hire and onboard new team members
  • Host effective and objective pre-shift meetings to outline daily goals, company updates, success, and challenges to ensure the full store team is aligned, focused, and up-to-date
  • Coach, counsel, and provide constructive feedback to all store staff. Provide on-the-spot feedback to the team to ensure clear communication and expectations are set
  • Partner with local HRBP and Area Sales Manager to resolve all employee relations matters
  • Weekly/monthly 1-1 meeting with the team to discuss and update professional development and personal goals.
  • Attend weekly manager meetings and 1-1s with Area Sales Manager to discuss store/team needs, successes, challenges, and opportunities
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, company information, launches, and campaigns – ensure all information is cascaded to the team.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • A minimum of two / three years of Management experience, in the luxury industry, is highly desirable and ideally, within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors.
  • 5+ years of customer service/ retail experience is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to coach and mentor employees to success
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
