We are looking for a flexible customer service‑oriented Sales Assistant, known as Store Associate, to join our "extraOrdinary" team in Covent Garden to deliver memorable experiences to our customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the Retail, Department Stores, and luxury industry is highly desirable, ideally within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors.
- This is a 30‑hour‑a‑week part‑time position.
What You’ll Be Doing in This Role
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, reflecting DECIEM’s vision through excellent service.
- Determine the customer’s needs and suggest relevant products by listening and sharing product knowledge.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
- Adhere to the DECIEM experience and deliver customer education about the world of Beauty, Skin Care, and DECIEM brands.
- Manage customer feedback and queries.
- Assist in maintaining counter cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in maintaining DECIEM’s merchandising concepts.
- Keep site tidiness standards respected and maintained.
- Handle product refunds and address customer issues positively.
- Build meaningful relationships with department managers and clients, communicating at a high standard.

- Comfortable engaging customers and applying products during consultations.
- Ability to multi‑task while maintaining professional and outstanding customer service.
