  • Define and implement the regional Education Strategy aligned with business growth and retailer priorities, ensuring consistent execution of corporate initiatives.
  • Own regional budgets (staffing, T&E) and field operations, including travel planning, store visits, coaching, issue resolution, and support for priority doors (training, stock, VM).
  • Lead regional summits, store-in-store operations strategy, leadership market visits, and drive continuous operational improvement and cultural excellence.

Interaction & Complexity

  • Collaborate with Senior Brand & Partnerships teams on brand voice, activations (pop-ups, masterclasses, conferences) and support DTC initiatives to elevate FSS experience.
  • Partner with Global Director and Senior Market Director to ensure alignment on regional, global initiatives, and market performance priorities.
  • Liaise with Global Consumer Education to identify and close content and training gaps across the region.
  • Work with Finance on P&L creation, forecasting, budget management, and capex requests, and with HR on recruitment, training, and employee relations (HRBP partnership).
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring succession planning, performance delivery, and management of escalations.

Business & Technical Knowledge

  • Own regional P&L, financial planning, forecasting, and delivery of sales and profitability targets.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement actions to drive cost efficiency and improve business results.
  • Oversee consumer education programmes across all retail channels and ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Identify training gaps across stores, partnerships, pharmacy, and affiliates, ensuring corrective action in collaboration with Global Retail.
  • Develop and present retailer business reviews, strategy materials, and performance updates.
  • Manage retailer cost-share agreements and payment processes, ensuring governance and compliance.

Supervisory & Reporting Relationships

  • Report directly to the Global Director of Retail & Consumer Education and liaise with the Senior Director Markets UK.
  • Directly manage Area Sales Managers and Education Manager for UK & Ireland, ensuring performance and development.
