WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate Manager, Social Commerce, to join our growing team focusing on the UK and EMEA markets. This role is crucial for supporting the daily operations and execution across our social commerce channels, primarily TikTok Shop. The successful candidate will play a key role in the execution of sales strategies, supporting creator relationships, operational tasks, and assisting with the initial operational setup for new market launches across EMEA.

  • 1–2 years' experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media management, ideally with exposure to TikTok Shop or similar platforms.
  • Work at the heart of a fast‐paced, trend‐driven environment where your insights, creativity, and precision directly fuel brand visibility and business results.
  • Play a key role in driving our TikTok Shop growth across the UK & EMEA, shaping campaigns, creator partnerships, and new market launches.
  • Become the operational engine behind high‐impact social commerce initiatives, owning product accuracy, performance tracking, and campaign execution.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, consolidating key KPIs, budget tracking, and data reconciliations.
  • Support the daily execution of Social Commerce operations across TikTok Shop UK & EU, ensuring smooth end‐to‐end processes.
  • Maintain accurate product listings, stock feeds, and pricing updates across all active social commerce platforms.
  • Assist in planning, building, and scheduling platform campaigns in alignment with brand priorities.
  • Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Supply Chain) to collect required assets and information for launches and campaigns.
  • Help manage creator and affiliate activities, including outreach, brief coordination, and contract tracking with agency partners.
  • Support the onboarding of new creators, ensuring they fully understand brand values, product details, and campaign expectations.
  • Organize weekly performance data for key creator partners to help inform ongoing optimization and strategic adjustments.
  • Assist with operational preparation for new EMEA market launches, including competitor reviews and trend insights.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer‐related platform issues and monitor social platforms for emerging trends and competitor movement.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • 1–2 years' experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media management, ideally with exposure to TikTok Shop or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, particularly in data entry, tracking, and campaign setup, plus proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Confident written and verbal communicator, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, creators, and external partners.
  • Proactive, fast learner who thrives in a high‐growth, fast‐paced environment, with a passion for social media trends and the beauty/retail industry.
  • Additional language skills (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
