WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a highly organised, analytical, and proactive Associate Manager, Partnerships to support and scale DECIEM’s global retail and distribution partnerships, with a primary focus on the UK and IRE expansion markets. In this role, you will act as a key operational and strategic member of the Partnerships team - supporting account setup, launch planning, forecasting, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure our partners are set up for long‑term success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, enjoys working across multiple teams and regions, and has a strong interest in beauty, retail, and global distribution. This is a contract position starting late-July and ending on December 31st, 2026.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
- Collaborate with the UK & IRE Partnerships team to develop and execute strategies that maximise operational efficiency, profitability, and clear communication across retail and distribution partners.
- Support the setup of retail and distribution partnership accounts in new markets, including administrative onboarding, asset transmission, and launch planning coordination.
- Work cross‑functionally with Design, Retail, Retail Operations, Learning & Development, Supply Chain, Logistics, PR/Comms, and Digital teams to support distribution expansion, brand elevation, and partner education initiatives.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain to ensure optimal stock availability, accurate inventory updates, and alignment across global partners.
- Track, analyse, and recap global partnerships business performance and growth opportunities on a bi‑weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Own and maintain the global partnerships calendar, ensuring visibility into sales periods, key deadlines, market updates, and expansion plans.
- Consolidate global forecasts for new product launches and collaborate with Supply Chain to communicate timelines, manage prioritisation, and support execution.
- Support the Business Development team on new business opportunities and global expansion initiatives, including prospecting, market research, and distributor engagement.
- Coordinate and support meetings, presentations, and visits with distributors and prospective partners across priority markets.
- Own and manage a small portfolio of Partnerships accounts, representing approximately 1–2% of total partnerships revenue.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills with a clear sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate plans, manage competing priorities, and perform well under pressure in a fast‑paced, unstructured environment.
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with exceptional accuracy and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); relevant education or equivalent partnerships experience within a beauty brand is an asset.

- Generous Vacation & Personal Days, plus additional time off for volunteering in your community, voting, peaceful protesting, celebrating your birthday, and more.
- 6 months of paid time off for new parents (inclusive of all genders).
- Unlimited access to an Employee Assistance Program that includes mental health care, mindfulness programs, and more.
- Access to Development Grants & a LinkedIn Learning membership to help you keep growing and learning.
- First dibs on new products.
- A generous discount on DECIEM products for you, your family, and your friends.
