We are growing rapidly and are looking for someone who shares our vision and wants to grow with us! WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We seek a Human Leader, Keyholder at our Westfield White City Store. As a floor supervisor in management\’s absence, you will lead by example and inspire the team to achieve store KPIs and uphold the highest standards. A Deciem Keyholder is a genuine, energetic people person with strong communication skills aligned with our core values This is a full-time position (37.5 hours over 5 days). WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE Greeting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, reflecting DECIEM’s vision through excellent service. Leading by example, inspiring the team, and ensuring standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met. Delivering the DECIEM experience, educating customers about beauty, skincare, and our brands and products. Assisting in onboarding, training, and developing new employees. Managing customer feedback and queries. Maintaining store standards of cleanliness and organization, and adhering to merchandising concepts. Handling refunds and customer issues positively. Opening/closing the store, managing bank deposits, and completing paperwork; operating POS systems accurately. Communicating inventory concerns to Store Management. Acting as floor supervisor in management\’s absence, ensuring store procedures and policies (loss prevention, safety, returns) are followed. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE Ability to provide constructive feedback, coaching, and counsel team members. Experience in beauty, fashion, or leadership roles is an asset. Ability to multi-task while delivering outstanding customer service. Desire to achieve results, work in a team, and coach for success. Effective time management and communication skills.
