  • Support the setup of retail and distribution partnership accounts in new markets, including administrative onboarding, asset transmission, and launch planning coordination.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Design, Retail, Retail Operations, Learning & Development, Supply Chain, Logistics, PR/Comms, and Digital teams to support distribution expansion, brand elevation, and partner education initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain to ensure optimal stock availability, accurate inventory updates, and alignment across global partners.
  • Track, analyse, and recap global partnerships business performance and growth opportunities on a bi‑weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Own and maintain the global partnerships calendar, ensuring visibility into sales periods, key deadlines, market updates, and expansion plans.
  • Consolidate global forecasts for new product launches and collaborate with Supply Chain to communicate timelines, manage prioritisation, and support execution.
  • Support the Business Development team on new business opportunities and global expansion initiatives, including prospecting, market research, and distributor engagement.
  • Coordinate and support meetings, presentations, and visits with distributors and prospective partners across priority markets.
  • Own and manage a small portfolio of Partnerships accounts, representing approximately 1–2% of total partnerships revenue.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); relevant education or equivalent partnerships experience within a beauty brand is an asset.
